England Athletics Awards

Whether it be as a coach, official, club volunteer or committee member, for the last 12 months or over the last 50 years, your chance to give them the recognition they deserve is here!

England Athletics believes that volunteers are the lifeblood of our sport, and that for our great sporting traditions to continue, these volunteers need to be rewarded for their efforts. England Athletics Regional Awards programme sees volunteers from across each of the 9 English regions given accolades and plaudits from those nearest to them in the local area. The winners are then put forward and shortlisted at the National Awards Evening, which is held in conjunction with the England Athletics Hall of Fame Dinner.

The evening gives the people who make athletics such a fantastic  sport to be involved in through their work as volunteers the opportunity to mingle with some of the greatest athletes our country has ever produced, and this year is even better! In addition to their national award, every winner at the National Awards Evening on October 22nd will each be allocated a pair of athletics tickets for the 2012 London Olympics!
