A little earlier in the day Amy Carter won the U17 girls 80m hurdles to add to her tally of NE titles. Later in the day Rebecca Tilley added to the gold medal total in the U15 bgirls 3000m, followed by another gold from Libby Currie jumping into a cold, gusting headwind to secure a win. Libby also finished 4th in the U13 girls 200m, 4th in the high jump and 6th in the 100m. Day two on Sunday saw Jordan Thrower secured NMHs fifth gold of the championships winning the U15 girls hammer.

Silver medals were won by Dominic Shipman in the U15 boys 800m and Dan McBride in the Senior men 100m.

Sophie Brining managed to finish 11th in both her events, the U13 girls long jump and 800m. Lucy Nicklin was 13th in the U13 girls long jump, 7th in the hurdles and 10th in the 800m.
