We received the sad news today of the passing of former New Marske Harriers Chairman Brian Titley.

A former policeman and professional footballer, Brian was briefly chairman succeeding Harry Gamble-Thompson. He was best known in athletics circles as a starter. Although a life member he largely lost touch with NMH when he moved to Gateshead and more recently York.
