Tuesday Club Night @ Redcar Rugby Club, Club Run – meet 6:00pm for 6:15pm, non-members welcome (Free).

Tuesday @ the Laurence Jackson Sports Village, Guisborough Junior endurance training session 5:00pm-6:00pm Technical & Fitness (11yrs to seniors) 6:00pm-7:30pm.

Wednesday – We’ve Got This – WALK, CHAT, JOG – Social & friendly – FREE – 6.30pm at The Stray Cafe

Thursday @ the Laurence Jackson Sports Village, Guisborough Junior endurance training session 5:00pm-6:00pm Weights & other technical sessions 11yrs to Seniors 5:00pm-6:00pm Minnows – (8-11yrs) 6:00pm-7:00pm (Games + Track & Field) Juniors – (11-18yrs) 6:00pm-7:00pm (Track & Field) Seniors – 6:45pm to 7:45pm (Track: Speed & Endurance).

Saturday @ St. Thomas Church Hall, New Marske Seniors – road & off road 9:00 am-11.30am
